Mitchell Rivers is the Founder and CEO of Career Education Learning Center, a division of MDR Enterprises LLC. With over 20 years of experience in finance and retail, he brings strong leadership, clear communication, and a practical approach to problem solving.
 

He is known for his energy, reliability, and ability to build meaningful relationships. Mitchell actively gives back through organizations like Junior Achievement, Toastmasters, and local schools, where he hosts workshops on scholarships and grants.
 

His background includes licenses in Securities, Health, and Life Insurance, along with over a decade in retail management, shaping his expertise in operations and strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UNC Pembroke and an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Central Piedmont Community College.
 

Beyond work, Mitchell is involved in his church’s men’s ministry and enjoys supporting young people as they pursue their goals. His mission is simple: help others unlock opportunities and reach their full potential.
